Summerfest at Walter Reed
The Family Readiness Group of the Warrior Transition Brigade (WTB) celebrated summer in style on July 12th with their annual Summerfest. This year, for the first time, it was held in the Mologne House Courtyard. Over 600 participants enjoyed a delicious barbecue, fried chicken, clowns, face painters, a climbing wall, horses and a dunking pool.
The Family Readiness Group of Walter Reed's Warrior Transition Brigade put on the day with help from the Walter Reed Cadre, the Colesville Presbyterian Church of Silver Spring, Maryland and the Yellow Ribbon Fund.
