For August, we want to shine a spotlight on Go Energistics, LLC, a remarkable supporter whose contributions have significantly impacted and have been empowering the lives of our military service members and their families for three years.
Through their generous donations totaling approximately $500,000 over the past three years, Go Energistics has provided vital support to those who have sacrificed so much for our nation.
Empowering Military Families by providing Short-term Housing:
One of the key areas where Go Energistics has made a profound difference is through the Crossroads Program, which provides no-cost housing and transportation for our military families in need while receiving treatment at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.
Through Go Energistics’ support, Yellow Ribbon fund has been able to cover the cost of short-term housing for over 1,500 military families. Providing them access to safe and comfortable accommodations while their service member receives critical medical care.
This assistance has alleviated the burden of finding suitable housing and offered much-needed peace of mind during challenging times.
Empowering Military Families by Providing a Home Away From Home:
Go Energetics recognized these military families’ unique challenges and understood the importance of stable and sustainable housing for military families, particularly those facing long-term medical needs.
To address this need, through Go Energistics‘ corporate contribution, Yellow Ribbon Fund has been able to provide long-term housing for nine military families, creating a safe home away from home where these military families can focus on what is important: healing and rebuilding their lives.
The impact of this assistance extends far beyond physical shelter, as it offers a sense of stability and security during the recovery journey.
Empowering the Family Unit by the Expansion of Support through Keystone Chapters:
Additionally, through their partnership with Yellow Ribbon Fund, Go Energetics has helped expand our reach and impact across nine keystone chapters.
By supporting initiatives in these strategic locations, they have touched the lives of over 1,700 military families, providing them with essential resources and services tailored to their specific needs.
This collaborative effort has strengthened the support network for our heroes and their loved ones, ensuring no one feels alone or overlooked.
Adam Shepard Empowers Military Families:
A Leader Committed to Service: Behind Go Energetics’ remarkable commitment to supporting military families is its President and CEO, Adam Shepard. As a retired Army Logistics Officer, Adam brings firsthand experience and a deep understanding of the sacrifices made by our service members and their families.
His dedication to the mission of Yellow Ribbon Fund is a testament to his unwavering belief in providing vital support to those who have given so much to protect our freedoms and liberties. Adam goes one step further and continues to support and participate in events such as the Yellow Ribbon Fund’s annual gala and the Golf Classic at the Army Navy Country Club, in Arlington, VA and provided a $10,000 match for the past three Giving Tuesdays.
Go Energistics, is a Texas-based Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOSB). They are a values-based organization composed of primarily service-disabled veterans and veterans who have experienced the impact of inefficient/inadequate systems within the logistics industry, medical facilities, and distribution systems.
